Literary Online, the Creative Writing Club, recently announced the 2021 Creative Writing Contest winners. Congratulations to the following students:

1st Place: Skyla Lawrence
2nd Place: Lindsey Lord and Miranda Howard
3rd Place: Sawyer Hughes

The contest, which is entirely student-led, offers students an opportunity to share their talents and appreciate the talents of others within a safe, judgment-free space. All genres and formats are accepted, including but not limited to short stories, poems, songs, essays, novellas, and even art. The only criteria they enforce is that the submission must be a true work of creative writing, not a class assignment.

After receiving all the submissions, the club members read them and nominate one piece for the contest. After the nominations, the students vote anonymously on their top three.
