Art II students participated in a fused glass workshop led by alumna Paulette Lizano ’88. Using a fusing adhesive, they layered pieces of colorful glass onto clear bases to create handcrafted crosses. Some were created for MCA’s St. Joseph altars and sold at local churches, with proceeds supporting future altars. Students also made additional crosses in a variety of colors and designs. Ms. Lizano, owner of Lizano’s Glass Haus, Inc., guided students through the process.
