On March 11, the competition cheerleaders wrapped up their season with a 1st place win at Spirit Blast Nationals! This success marks the second consecutive year they have won the title! Earlier this year, the team qualified for NCA High School Nationals, which they traveled to and competed at in Dallas, Texas. The girls earned perfect scores in Performance/Showmanship and School Representation on both days of the competition. The Cubs advanced to finals, securing a top10 finish in the Large Varsity Division! The Cubs came home with 9th overall in the country, with only two points separating them from a top 5 placement. They have done a fantastic job representing Mount Carmel Academy this year at camps, competitions, and pep rallies! Go Cubs!
