MCA's Student Council E-board announced the first "It's Your Day" of the 2020-21 school year on August 28, 2020. In April 2020, Student Council started virtual "It's Your Day" celebrations. It's been almost six months since the last in-person "It's Your Day" took place, making today's crowning even more special.

Each Friday, MCA Student Council announces a small group of students for "It's Your Day!" (A teacher and staff member are also included in the fun.) They begin by singing a song, then the lucky names are announced, and the chosen few receive a sash, crown, and treat. By the end of their senior year, every student has experienced the joy of one "It's Your Day!"
