Ms. Beth Ann Simno, Principal, conferred diplomas on 220 young women who graduated from Mount Carmel Academy in commencement ceremonies at the Pontchartrain Center, Kenner, LA, on the afternoon of Monday, May 22, 2023. The Class of 2023 earned $22.8 million in scholarships and awards and an expected $3.9 million from TOPS, and was accepted into 115 colleges and universities. During their years at Mount Carmel, they completed 54,730 hours of community service.

Sister Camille Anne Campbell, O. Carm., President, presented the valedictory medals to Avery K. Barfield, Alexandra M. Carter, Jenna M. Crosby, Alexis L. DeCastro, Vivian K. DiSalvo, Nateli R. Ferguson, Sophia M. Greene, Laine E. LaForge, Emma I. Meneses, Madison M. Nguyen, and Abigail R. Toups.

The salutatory medals were presented to Corrine N. Clement and Mary A. Ferguson.
