The second half of the junior class visited organizations in STREAM fields on January 6, 2020. (Last week they enjoyed an overnight retreat at the Solomon Center while the first half of the class had their STREAM Day.)
Each spring, Mount Carmel Academy juniors explore organizations that focus on one or more aspects of STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Math). Students are assigned locations based on their personal preferences. They try new things, interact with experts in different fields, discover new interests, and have amazing – and memorable – experiences.
