The Lagniappe Club recently took a cooking class from Karen Peña and Josh McKnight from Brennan’s. Club members followed along as these special guests demonstrated the process of making Bananas Foster. After, students enjoyed tasting the delicious dessert.
What does the Lagniappe Club do? This year they explored yoga poses, received a skin care demonstration, created Christmas cards for an elderly healthcare center, painted their own masterpieces, and more.
