On September 24, while half of the senior class attended the senior retreat, the rest explored the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge. The students had a firsthand look at the legislative process and learned more about how their state government operates. During the visit, there was extra cause for celebration — congratulations to Mr. Rodriguez for passing his U.S. citizenship test!
