On January 19, 46 seniors along with four MCA teachers left for Washington D.C. to attend the March for Life on January 21, 2022.
 


Thursday, January 20

The group made their first stop in Virginia where they enjoyed the cold weather and a little bit of snow.

 

The group also stopped at Shenandoah Caverns, their last stop before reaching their destination.

Students connected with their peers at Ministry Night.

 


Friday, January 21
 

The group gathered for Mass before the march.

 

 

MCA students joined thousands of protesters in downtown Washington for the 49th annual March for Life. 

 

About the March For Life

Every year, tens of thousands of pro-lifers converge on the National Mall and march on Capitol Hill on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling which legalized abortion in all 50 states. It’s the largest annual human rights demonstration in the world
