Mount Carmel Academy has once again been recognized in Gambit Weekly’s Best of New Orleans. For the seventh consecutive year, MCA was voted the #1 Best High School in New Orleans.
This honor continues a remarkable streak — MCA earned the top spot in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2019, and ranked in the top three in both 2018 and 2017.
In addition, MCA was voted the #2 Best Place to Work and the #2 Best Summer Camp, marking the sixth year in a row that MCA Summer Camp has been ranked among the city’s best.
