PICTURES

• All 8th graders and new 9th-11th graders need to take their school pictures in the Auxiliary Gym between 8-9:25 a.m.
   
• Athletic, cheer, or dance physicals will be held in Duplantis Gym from 8:30-9 a.m.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS

9:30-10:30 a.m.	Welcome, prayer, and introductions - Assembly Center
10:30-11:00 a.m.	Visit the Cub Shoppe, go to your locker, or tour the school with your parents
11:00 a.m.	Students will return (without their parents) to the Assembly Center.
11:00 a.m.	Parents are invited to a Meet and Greet in the Louviere Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. After the event, they will leave and return at 3:30 p.m. to pick up their daughter from the horseshoe.

Other important information:

• Any incoming 8th or new 9th graders who did NOT attend Cub Connection, as well as all new 10th and 11th graders, will attend MacBook training on Tuesday, August 12, from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
   
• ALL new students in grades 8th-11th (even those who attended Cub Connection) will attend New Student and Parent Orientation. 
   
• Parents may park in the lot surrounding the Assembly Center (enter on Louisville St.) or on the streets adjacent to our campus. 
   
• Students should bring a backpack or tote bag to make carrying things throughout the day easier. Do NOT bring your laptop!
   
• Students should wear their school blouses and brown sweaters with casual, modest bottoms (such as shorts or jeans), as they will be taking their school picture on this day. They should also wear tennis shoes.
   
• FULL uniform (with skirt, school shoes, and MCA socks) is NOT required until Thursday, August 14.
