After studying projectile motion, students brought physics to life by launching water balloons at their intended target – their teacher Mr. DiMartino. They analyzed how force and the launch angle affected the trajectory of the balloon as their teacher waited patiently in a baby pool. Students made adjustments as needed until they had accomplished the goal of understanding how projectile motion works in real life – and trying their best to soak Mr. DiMartino in the process.
