MCA teachers spent their off periods on January 19 and 20 taking tests. The tests, customized for each department, included questions answered incorrectly by Mount Carmel students on the PSAT. The teachers, who were timed while taking the test, discussed the results immediately following. They examined whether the missed questions were addressed in their respective classes and discussed ways to make improvements for the future. They also reviewed ways to enhance time management and reduce test anxiety to help students feel more prepared, confident, and relaxed during testing.
