Mount Carmel’s Science Olympiad team competed at the Louisiana Science Olympiad, held at Louisiana Christian University, on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
The team included Brianna Carlton, Addison Ferreras, Lillian Godbold, Dakota Goodson, Kaley Heck, Sophia Ho, Skila Hoffield, Caroline Hotstream, Isabella Huang, Tiana Le, Catherine Morel, Lucy Toomer, Rebecca Vindel, Claire Yoder, and Caroline Zimmermann.
The following students earned top-three finishes and received medals:
2nd Place

Hovercraft: Addison Ferreras and Claire Yoder

3rd Place
