WGNO recently featured two members of the MCA Class of 2025, highlighting the hard work and dedication of Ava Wimberley and Chloe Krey.

Ava Wimberley ’25
Ava is already working toward her Private Pilot’s License and has been accepted into four competitive flight programs: Purdue University, The Ohio State University, Louisiana Tech University, and Baylor University. She will begin her collegiate journey at Purdue this fall, where she’ll continue her aviation training.

Chloe Krey ’25
Chloe was named the 2025 New Orleans Fans’ Choice Softball Player of the Year after earning more than 18,000 votes. She wrapped up her senior season with 41 hits, 12 doubles, and 12 home runs, helping lead the Cubs to the state semifinals. Chloe will continue her softball career at Coastal Alabama Community College.
