The MCA Track & Field team closed out their season with an outstanding performance at the State Championship on May 10, earning 5th place overall!

Top Finishes:

• Catalina Reichard and Stella Junius made school history as the first Cub duo to podium together in the 1600-meter race — Catalina placed 2nd and Stella 3rd.
   
• In the 3200-meter race, they met on the podium again, with Catalina claiming 1st and the state championship title, and Stella placing 3rd.
   
• Miranda Weeks tied for 3rd in the Pole Vault.
   
• The 4x800 meter relay team of Mary Quintana, Olivia LaCour, Sabrina Chittenden, and Lillie Friel finished 6th.
   
• Anna Joubert placed 6th in the 800-meter race.

Additional Highlights:

• Lucy Quintana matched her season best in the 800-meter race.
   
• The 4x400 meter relay team of Sydney Salles, Riley Swanson, Mary Quintana, and Anna Joubert ran a season-best time.
