Application cards will be made available to students applying for grades 8 and 9. Catholic elementary schools will give their students the application cards. Students from a non-Catholic school should download the card from our website.

High School application cards must be turned into Catholic elementary schools by November 14, 2025.

Students from Non-Catholic Elementary Schools
Applicants from non-Catholic schools, please send the following information to Mount Carmel Academy by November 17, 2025. Applications and records may be dropped off at our front office or emailed to admissions@mcacubs.org.

• Application Card
• Final Report Cards (from 5th grade forward)
• Standardized Test Results (from 5th grade forward)
• Report Card for the first quarter of the present year

January 10, 2026 at 8 a.m.

Prospective students must attend Application Day at Mount Carmel Academy's Mother Therese Chevrel Assembly Center on Louisville Street.

The HSPT is a nationally-recognized private school entrance examination taken by students as part of the private school application process. The exam covers: Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills, Reading Comprehension, Mathematics and Language. The exam typically takes 3 hours to complete with breaks.

Applicants will pay their $30 Application Fee beforehand through our online application. Please bring two (2) sharpened No. 2 pencils with erasers. Do not bring calculators.

Casual attire is appropriate.

January 17 or 24, 2026 (Students will attend one date.)
