Applying to MCA

Submit Student Records

Along with the application form, please include your child’s most recent school records. These include the following:

• Application Card;
• Final Report Cards from the last three school years;
• Standardized Test Results from the last two school years;
• Report Card for the first quarter of the present year.

You can drop off records at our front office or email them to admissions@mcacubs.org.

Assessments and Placement

After your application and records are received, we’ll schedule an appointment for your child to participate in our placement assessment, if necessary. This helps us understand your student’s academic strengths and ensures an appropriate grade placement. Our admissions team will work with you to find a convenient date and time.

Student and Parent Interviews

We also invite families to participate in an interview with our admissions staff. This is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know your daughter and for you to ask any questions. Interviews are offered regularly throughout the year.

Once all components of the application — including records, placement assessment, and interview — are complete, the Admissions Office will review the information and communicate the outcome to you. We strive to notify families as quickly as possible.
