Tuition and Financial Aid

A Mount Carmel Academy education is for life. Our students develop into young women of confidence and compassion, are well-prepared for the academic rigors of higher education, and deepen their faith in God and their devotion to serving others. An MCA education is a rewarding investment in your daughter and her future.

“The best investment in my daughter's life! MCA prepares their girls to go out and conquer the world in all aspects of life. They enter as uncertain young girls, and leave as confident young women with strong moral values.” – Renee Girault, Parent of Alumna

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance is available for families unable to pay the full tuition and fees through the PATHS Program.

What is PATHS?

PATHS (Parents and Teachers Helping Students) is Mount Carmel's work-study program. Participating students and their parents help around campus or at events, both on- and off-campus. The amount of granted aid is worked at a per-hour rate that varies depending on the task. Parents will be billed quarterly for hours not worked for each quarter.

How to Apply

Applications for the 2019-20 school year are due in April 2019. Applications are submitted through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment website. Upon receiving a completed application for financial assistance, the Financial Assistance Committee will review the application and determine the amount of assistance the school will be able to offer.

If you need help, or have questions, please contact Mrs. Pamela Holahan, 504.288.7626 ext. 2340 or pholahan@mcacubs.org.
